All cell phone operating systems should now have an “emergency” mode in which, in addition to blood type, allergies and medications, emergency contacts and, if necessary, your address are visible (freely configurable). My tip for Christmas is the “no app” i.e. turn off your cell phone completely and put it aside at least once a year. You don’t have to be online and available 7×24×365.
