Hi, Just over a week ago I got in contact with someone from Swisscom as I hadn't been able to access my emails. He let me change my password, so I can now access my email from the bluewin webmail page. However, I have tried to reset and re-install my bluewin email on my iPhone in the email app but every time a message comes up and it says that my IMAPS password is incorrect. I've followed the instructions on how to reconfigure your email (with the port numbers and all that stuff) but it just doesn't work. Please could you tell me what to do?
