Outlook does replicate Bluewin Folder structures. If the Swisscom "Set up or repair e-mail" page, shown above, doesn't help: In Outlook 1) right-click your email address - top left in the folder hierarchy 2) select IMAP Folders 3) in the pop-up start "Query" 4) select all your personal folders (not the standard ones such as "Inbox") 5) Unsubscribe them 6) In Outlook you should now only see the standard folders 7) run "Query" again (this will now show your Bluewin structure correctly) 8 ) Select your personal folders 9) Subscribe Now Outlook will resync your folders with Bluewin You will need to open each folder to ensure the emails are downloaded.
