Since I changed to tv-box 5, I've been having issues with Volume. On some channels, I will hear only the background music but can't hear the dialog. On some channels, the dialog sounds like it's coming from a cave. Channel 1 (Swiss channel) has completely zero volume and channel 3 has a sound although it's not as loud as when I had the tv-box 2. I have checked my Sonos app (the TV is connected to external speakers)but everything's looking fine. I noticed that if I set the audio on Stereo, no sound on TV channels but on Netflix it's okay but the sound is still very, very low. At the moment I set the audio on the other option. I don't enjoy watching films now. I miss the surround audio effect. Can Swisscom see (remotely of course) if I had installed the box properly? Maybe I messed up somewhere, like pairing or setting the remote control...
