How do I get emails working on Windows
I have found the solution of this error in https://muchinsonelectronics.com/
@Anonym The first question would be „which e-mail programme do you use?“ the Swisscom Webmail, which actually should not show such kind of error or another one like „Thunderbird“ or „Outlook“ where you need to connect afore of using it properly.
Windows, Mail. What else?
@Anonym What means "mail"? There are a couple e-mail programmes which can be used even with Windows, or you possibly use the Swisscom Webmail, We are customers like you and don't know what you are currently using, that's why I'm asking. The webmail can be normally entered via:
https://www.swisscom.ch/en/residential/help/internet/webmail.html
Possibly you updated Windows in the last time, for which this kind of problem is repeatedly reported, so this seems to be more a Windows related problem than a Swisscom problem. Please take look here, if you can solve the problem with hints given here:

Good luck 🙂
@kaetho That’s what I did 🤪.
Lets see what the dev team @Microsoft do with this> https://aka.ms/AAdt3oa
@Anonym Did you get a feedback from the dev team? Would be interested to know what they said?
@Anonym
this topic from Microsoft Support can help
Windows backup or restore errors 0x80070001, 0x81000037, or 0x80070003 (microsoft.com)
if the e-mail program used is Windows Live Mail his reputation does not seem very reliable
prefer Outlook from the Office 365 suite (paid subscription) or Thunderbird from Mozilla (free)
