Dear Community,
As of 1 March 2023, there will be some changes to blue TV’s subscriptions and channel packages:
blue Premium – entertainment without limits
1 March 2023 will mark the launch of blue Premium: 3 different packages teeming with first-rate entertainment. You’ll find exclusive series, plenty of documentaries and family programmes and some great music and sports channels. The ad-free packages are available for CHF 19.90/month – with a minimum 6-month contract and a one-month notice period.
blue Premium DE
- More than 40 premium TV channels, including 8 Sky channels and thousands of series on demand
- Top series (including HBO), quality documentaries, family programmes, music and sports channels
- Includes Sky Show Entertainment worth CHF 14.90
blue Premium FR
- 50 premium TV channels
- Top series, quality documentaries, family programmes, music and sports channels
- Includes the OCS app
blue Premium IT
- More than 20 TV channels
- Documentaries, news, family entertainment, lifestyle and sports
The previous channel packages Top+ Deutsch, Top+ Français, Top+ Italiano and blue Doku will no longer be offered for sale from 1 March 2023. Anyone currently using these packages can continue to use them.
New subscription: blue TV XL
blue Premium is also the highlight of the new blue TV XL TV subscription for 49.90/month: it includes the same services as blue TV L plus the new blue Premium channel package in the defined language profile.
Look out for channel overlaps
Most premium channels from Top+ are now included with the blue Premium DE, FR and IT packages. If you combine both the Top+ and blue Premium packages, there will be some overlaps. Depending on which channels you want to watch, you may not need both packages. Find the channel list and all TV add-on packages here.
Example: You currently have a blue TV M subscription and have added the Top+ Deutsch package for RTL Crime. You now switch to the blue TV XL subscription which automatically includes the blue Premium channel package and therefore also RTL Crime. To avoid paying twice for the premium channels, you can cancel the TOP+ package or deactivate it yourself in My Swisscom.
Multiroom Max: all-inclusive price for additional streaming
You can use blue TV on up to five TV sets. Previously, for 2-5 TVs, you needed the Multiroom option at CHF 5.–/mth per set. With the Multiroom Max option, you now pay a flat rate of CHF 9.90/month for 1-4 additional streams. If you only want one additional stream, you will continue to pay CHF 5.–/month. > Watching TV on multiple devices
Anyone who currently subscribes to 2 or more additional streams will be informed by e-mail and can now switch to the new Multiroom Max option in My Swisscom. Between mid-March and the end of April, the respective customers will automatically be switched to the new option.
