Hi Fabio,

when you manually search for something with Criminal Minds or in the TV Guide there should always be the season number and episode.

As regards the second point, everything always depends on the TV Guide that is provided.

The only broadcast that always respects the TV guide is the newspaper or the news, everything else is never correct, this unfortunately does not depend on Swisscom but rather on the broadcasters themselves.

However, with the new SharpStart technology (recordings) which is available in the EOS4.0, the system recognizes when the show starts, starting it at the exact moment.

It is still in the development phase and works on Italian-speaking channels only on RSI La1 and La2.

Thanks for your reply. The new version is available with the new Swisscom Box and TV-Box UHD. You definitely still have the HD versions and if you want, you can change them to take advantage of OS4.

I would like to point out that the schedule for this Monday is correct (13.6.22). I already let you know that most likely (99%) it will change in giving the wrong information as has happened in recent days.
