Hello

In the last 2 weeks when I call to Canada they cannot hear me but I can hear them. When they call me we can hear each other. I would appreciate any ideas how to correct this issue. Thankyou.

Do you have an VoIP Fixnet with Vivo or an "old" Fixnet?

We have Vivo.

Hello 

 

to correct the issue it looks like it was either i) the restarting of the modem and ii) waiting several days and then the problem was corrected by the provider. Everything is now working properly.
