VDSL speed with Zyxel XMG3927 is 70mbps but 85mbps with Internet Box 3?!

Hi!

I successfully set up the Zyxel XMG3927 as a modem in bridge mode for my Swisscom VDSL connection to replace the Internet Box 3. However the speed reported by fast.com is 70 mpbs downstream while before I had 85 mbps?

In the "System Info" panel of the web UI of the modem, it says:

Rx:75471 Tx:31429 (Kbps)

I assume that's the nominal DSL speed, which is consistent with what I observe.

How come the Swisscom modem is quite faster?

PS: I have "S" internet access with:

- 100 Mbit/s max. Download
- 100 Mbit/s max. Upload

Hi! Thanks for getting back to me. I looked at all the links and it's people having problems setting up the modem / router, but everything works for me - I even got the TV working this morning. My only problem is the nominal VDSL speed which is not as high as before with the IB3.

Do you have any other ideas?
