Freeze account

Hello, 

 

Would like to check if there is an option of freezing our account since we are out of Switzerland for a long time.

This option is not available for your landline, Internet and TV though.

I dont know about which account you are talking about, but its the best option to call 0800 800 800 and ask them. They will assist you and show you all possible options.
