I have 3 Bluewin accounts. only the first one, but my main account also has this error message(s). I deleted the account and reinstalled it, restarted it and lo and behold, it worked again. Yes, unfortunately not for long… the same problem on the cell phone… works after deleting and reinstalling briefly, but soon the error message Update password appears..

A Swisscomfriend can’t offer support for problems like this? (Not meant in a derogatory way) but the hotline is responsible for such things, even if you did the installation as Swisscomfriend

So the 30 minutes have been over for a long time, so far nothing from support.

It’s true that as a Swisscomfriend I wouldn’t actually be responsible for “first aid”, but who do customers call first? And it’s no good if you have no idea what’s going on!

But unfortunately that’s how it is…
As a Swisscomfriend, you carry out the installation for the customer because the customer cannot or does not trust himself to do so. But the hotline is still responsible for support

For me it’s just the opposite. I can access 1 of 2 mail accounts via Outlook, the main account works, the second account gives a transmission error “the server connection was interrupted….”.

I checked the settings in Outlook using the swisscom help page. Everything is ok, but the test email doesn’t work there either.

Yes, there is a problem on the email web server. It is best to contact support so that it can be recognized more quickly that there is an error in order to resolve it.

Tel, number 0800 800 800

**Addendum: it looks like it’s working again! Rejoiced too soon, the error is there again.
