(Webmail) Error: The selected account is not available.

Good evening

Have you already had the problem that you can no longer access the emails via IMAP and when you want to look for the emails in webmail the message “Account error: The selected account is not available” appears.

Is Swisscom doing maintenance work or how should it go about it?

I also have this error right now and it only affects one account, the others are displayed normally. The annoying thing about it: I should reset the password on my surveillance camera and of course that doesn’t work. So I can probably stay awake until Swisscom fixes this error. Reaching someone there seems to me to be as difficult as it is with Sunrise or Cablecom and that’s an indictment!

There was a problem with the contacts, but accessing web mail should work.

If this email account is available in your Kundencenter but does not work directly with Bluewin WEB-Mail, I would contact support if I were you.

In any case, there is no official WEB-Mail problem and my five accounts work without any problems.

Still have the error. At least I don’t get an error message when I send an email to my Bluewin address. The emails are probably simply queued.

I also have the same problem.

One of 3 email addresses doesn’t work. This morning it worked for a while, but now I keep getting an error message again.

It doesn’t work in Outlook and via WebMail it says: Mail account not available or message list could not be loaded.

Really annoying, this has been going on since yesterday afternoon.

I just called support again, they don’t see any problem and have to clarify, a callback has been announced for the next 30 minutes. For me as a Swisscom friend, this is quite tedious because I have to expect more support requests tomorrow and I don’t have an answer

I have 3 Bluewin accounts. only the first one, but my main account also has this error message(s). I deleted the account and reinstalled it, restarted it and lo and behold, it worked again. Yes, unfortunately not for long… the same problem on the cell phone… works after deleting and reinstalling briefly, but soon the error message Update password appears..

A Swisscomfriend can’t offer support for problems like this? (Not meant in a derogatory way) but the hotline is responsible for such things, even if you did the installation as Swisscomfriend
