Problem with the TV guide

Good morning,

For several days the TV guide for the RTS1 channel has not corresponded to the current show… I have already tried to turn off the box, turn it back on etc. but nothing.

Does anyone have the same problem? or the solution?

    It’s been months since the guide almost never played for the classical music channels (mezzo, mezzo live hd, classica).

    Sometimes the programs are delayed by around 1 hour, sometimes by 1…. day!

    Indeed, I have noticed for two days that the guide is delayed by an hour for the RTS, a problem which is added to the others already present:

    • RMC Découvertes program more than approximate and never on time

    • Canal Plus channel program deficient, or even non-existent (poster: program to be communicated!?!)

    Etc., etc., etc.

    Since the change of data provider, it’s been a disaster!

    And we don’t wonder why it was cheaper: you pay for quality. With Blue TV, it’s the opposite: it’s more expensive but the quality is lower…

    I have the same problem in French-speaking Switzerland 1 and 2 not visible live

    on the other hand the broadcasts which took place 1 hour ago are ok And the recordings too I called the Hotline, rebooted the box and installed the latest software When I put rts 1 error message "unfortunately no signal for this channel in this moment "The Hotline was unable to resolve the problem

    what is interesting is that there is an image and that you can choose the channels this way in the menu

    this is a Swisscom bug since it is only the vision of the current broadcasts which causes the signal to appear “unfortunately no signal for the channel mentioned” even though these are Swiss channels

    I called swisscom 48 hours ago. They rebooted my router and wanted me to turn on my TV box but I wasn’t there.

    This is a specific Swisscom problem.

    They told me they would send me an SMS with a link valid for 14 days to call them back on December 22. But not yet received
