        Good to know :
        *If you press the 1 and 3 buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds (the LED on the remote control lights up red) and restart the Swisscom TV-Box, the remote control will be connected again.

            Rather not - HERE it’s about the Swisscom TV box remote control - the other thread is about the BlueTV app on a third-party Android device.

            Try to de-activate HDMI-CEC on the Swisscom TV box and on the TV itself and then re-pair the TV remote control.
            Sometimes the IR control and the HDMI-CEC control “get in each other’s way”.
            The other option would be to only use HDMI-CEC and not use the IR control of the Swisscom remote control for the TV.
            You just have to try out which combination works better.
