Swisscom is blocking my site

Hello!

The website of the company where I work is blocked by Swisscom.

I checked it at https://www.swisscom.ch/en/residential/help/internet/url-checker.html, and it says there’s malware.

Blacklisted

Blocked due to malware.

How can it be delisted? How can I check where the malware was found?

    The German webhosters are actually fixed when it comes to blocking. Maybe the webspace was hacked once. Blocking, resetting and unblocking is normally a matter of a few hours to a few days for most webhosters. Unfortunately, Swisscom is not one of the fast ones.

    So until someone at Swisscom checks and unblocks it, go to it via proxy or use other DNS servers.

      user109 I don’t see it that narrowly, the problem was there (so the question was certainly justified). Experience has shown that people rarely go back to the forum to solve the problem. Especially not in a timely manner.

      Of course, it would be nice if everyone could be helped when searching for the issue. But as long as it is solved, it is completely OK for me.
