Subscription My Canal via Swisscom

Hello,

I’ve just taken out a subscription to My Canal via the My swissocom app.

I don’t understand how I can access the application from my TV. The application is there but it doesn’t connect automatically and none of the data (e-mail, user name, etc.) works to connect.

However, when I look at my subscriptions on my TV, it’s clear that I’m a My Canal subscriber.

And I can’t get through to the swisscom hotlines.
