Hello @Teullisseif53,
Can you try to explain what you don’t understand. Find out what’s blocking you?

In the Settings section, test the solution that suits you best. Do the same in the menu accessible via the toothed wheel icon.

Yes, at the moment many people, myself included, are finding that the loading time between addresses is too long. Hopefully Swisscom will find a solution. In the meantime, it may be faster and more comfortable to use an external program like Thunderbird, or the Mail app if you’re on a Mac.

this does not allow you to have all the addresses located in quick access as before. And thanks to this bad change, all the address book is erased, very bad point on the part of this company.
Hello Bulgroz
Agenda, contacts and signatures: after the migration, you will find all of your appointments, contacts and signatures in your main email account. To be able to reuse this data in your other accounts, export them and import them into the desired accounts.
- Contact groups, address books & distribution lists: During migration, we transfer all email addresses saved in a contact group to distribution lists. These distribution lists have the same name as your current contact groups. In a new message, enter the name of the distribution list as the recipient to send an email to everyone on that list. After migration, individual contacts are no longer automatically assigned to contact groups. All contacts and their information are now only found in the primary address book of the primary email account. Create new address books and move contacts so your contacts are organized like before again.

At the end of September I migrated my 5 email addresses from Email Basic to 5 Email Light accounts just to keep my Bluewin addresses while I divert all my emails received on Bluewin to my Infomaniak email according to https://anjoco.ch/forum/ viewtopic.php?t=1511.
The problem is that Swisscom charges me 2.90 CHF for Email Basic which I no longer have. I called Swisscom support this morning who told me that legally my old Email Basic account still persists for 6 months.
After insisting, they gave me a favor by giving me 6 × 2.90 CHF.
The remaining problem is that I cannot cancel my Email Basic account in My Swisscom
- which takes three lead to open and which forces customers to do the work for them…
All of this is a bit excessive, probably a need to let off steam, but the answer has already been provided:
to avoid all these inconveniences 😠😡
on PC or Mac install an external email program: Thunderbird, Outlook
on a mobile/tablet use the device’s native Mail app
create a pwd/account then configure them in IMAP on the external device
to try is to adopt 😀
please give feedback
