Take a close look at the Swisscom bill!

  • Once again I have a Betrag in the “Purchases” “Short Number SMS” section.

    Last month Fr. 40.-, this month “only” Fr. 20.-

    Completely fake!

    I’ll call 0800… tomorrow, they don’t have the ear for bills today.

    Understandable. I will probably get a corrected invoice again.

    Please dear Swisscom, there is a need for action here!

    Take a look => here post number 2 with a light green background

    If necessary, you still have to adjust your SMS short number if the sender is not 909. The short number in question should actually be on the invoice.

    And the Kundencenter looks slightly different today. But it should still work.

    Simply block “mobile payment” for your mobile number within mySwisscom and then the “rippers” will no longer have a chance to charge your mobile bill.

    And the problem is not Swisscom, but you probably clicked on something somewhere on the internet and entered your phone number and off you go. You have to have your things under control.

    I receive another invoice without this ominous Betrag.

    With the promise that it won’t happen again.

    By the way, I never took part in a “competition” or anything like that.

    But numbers can be easily generated with the PC…
