The program guide (especially today) is not worthy of an operator like Swiscom.
Sometimes we miss DTT which cost nothing and we read the programs in the newspapers.
Progress often moves backwards!
Good evening RiklyJJ
The program guide is not the work of Swisscom; it comes from an external company which distributes it to Swisscom for its subscribers. Indeed, this private external company is really not at the top of the best.

This is economic logic.
You don’t change a service provider that works properly for one that works averagely and costs more.
Now everyone believes what they want.
One thing is certain, the overall quality of the service is only declining.
And I’m not talking about the UHD box that has to be restarted manually every week because it tilts when turned on…
Swisscom is the high price number one. Quality-wise, it’s on the same level as Sunrise/UPC and that’s not a compliment!
“Now everyone believes what they want”
It is not a question of BELIEVING but of KNOWING so as not to assert anything without proof.
“We don’t change a service provider that works properly for one that works averagely and costs more.”
Take a look in the forum at the number of complaints about the former service provider over the years. This, you can see, is a fact.
Now I admit that Swisscom made a mistake, in my opinion, because the new provider is not better.

It seems that I do not have permission to attach an image…. So watch the program for tomorrow Sunday on RTS2 at 2:25 p.m. concerning the Equestrian Grand Prix which will be broadcast from Geneva, France.
Have we remade history and did the Savoyards succeed in taking Geneva at the time of the Escalade in 1602!!!
This is really unacceptable and not worthy of an operator as Ryklill already said on November 10, 2023 at 8:08 p.m.!
@Anastasie hello 😀
YES, an absolute aberration or even a dysfunctional abnormality 🙄
However, this is not the case for other similar broadcasts.
Soon Steve Guerdat 🐎 will become a French Jura 🤔

@Anastasie Hello
No, it’s not Swisscom’s incompetence! The explanation for receiving this email in German is very simple: you went to the forum in German and you disconnected without returning to the forum to the French section. I have the same situation when I consult the Italian forum, the email received is in Italian.
To summarize, before logging out, return to the forum in French, and the emails will be received as you wish.

This is not possible. Here is another contribution that I just found here on the forum dealing with this issue. You can consult it by clicking on the following link:
[https://community.swisscom.ch/t5/Hors-sujet/E-mails-en-allemand/td-p/673513](https://community.swisscom.ch/t5/Hors-sujet/E- mails-in-german/td-p/673513)

In fact this problem has already been [discussed here](https://community.swisscom.ch/t5/Internet-g%C3%A9n%C3%A9ralit%C3%A9s/Ma-langue-le-fran%C3% A7ais/td-p/782249)
Every time we land on the German forum (voluntarily or not) the language of the notification emails immediately switches to German. Only a return to the forum in French will restore the situation to normal.
