You must have seen a post on the German side by following a link two days ago and the system hastens to configure you with the German language. This has already happened to me several times.
Once in the forum, confirm that you want French (bottom right) and exit the forum with this configuration.
This should put the notifications back in French.

On the Community home page go to the bottom right and choose the language on French
If this does not change the language of emails received or sent from the Community
contact the Swisscom Hotline directly, it is possible that a parameter needs to be modified

@Aldo I know this problem. I have to say that I write in all 4 communities and sometimes I receive these emails in English, sometimes in Italian, sometimes in French and sometimes in German. Two minutes ago, I received an email “You received a like” for a posting in the German community, Yesterday I received an email “New post della Community nel board Nutzung mit TV box”. The post was in the German forum, too. I don’t know under what circumstances an email arrives in which language. But that doesn’t bother me.

in order to close a subject by the initiator, use the option Solution?
at the bottom left of a post that best corresponds to the resolution of the problem / request
