How do I get a refund for a double-paid invoice?
On the company’s email I received a message saying that we paid a double invoice… but when I enter the refund link it only lets me enter credit card details (which we don’t have at the company) and not bank details with the IBAN to receive the refund there, why?

This is a scam email, you haven’t paid twice, but you shouldn’t press a link, Swisscom would never send such an email, pay attention to these things. I only found basic information in German.

You can check on the Internet, you will find many reports about it. You can look in MySwisscon under “Bills and costs” to see what you have paid and if you have not paid anything twice, Swisscom would not send such an email in such a case but compensates the overpaid bill with the following month’s bill.
