New on blueTV: bluePremium, TV XL and MultiroomMax

BlueTV subscriptions and channel packages are experiencing several changes on March 1, 2023.

bluePremium – entertainment without limits

On 1.3.2023, we are launching bluePremium: 3 different bouquets with plenty of high-end entertainment. Exclusive series, numerous documentaries and family programs as well as sports and music channels await you. Packages without advertising cost CHF19.90/month – with a minimum contract duration of 6 months and a termination délai of one month.

blue Premium DE

  • Over 40 premium TV channels, including 8 Sky channels and thousands of on-demand series
  • Great series (incl. HBO), quality documentaries, family programs, music and sports channels
  • Sky Show Entertainment worth CHF14.90 included

blue Premium FR

  • 50 premium TV channels
  • Great series, quality documentaries, family programs, music and sports channels
  • OCS app included

blue Premium IT

  • More than 20 TV channels
  • Documentaries, reports, family entertainment, lifestyle and sport

The old channel packages Top+ Français, Top+ Deutsch, Top+ Italiano as well as blueDoku will no longer be sold from 1.3.23. People subscribed to these offers will be able to continue to use them.

New subscription: blueTVXL

bluePremium is also the strong point of the new subscription blueTVXL for 49.90/month: it offers the same services as blueTVL, but also includes the new bluePremium channel package in the defined language profile.

Beware of duplicate channels

Most of Top+'s premium channels are now included in the bluePremium FR, DE and IT package. If you combine the two Top+ and bluePremium bouquets, be careful of duplicates. Depending on which channels you watch, you may not need both offers at once. Here you will find the list of channels and all the [additional TV packages](https:/ /www.swisscom.ch/fr/clients-prives/tv/abbonement-tv/bouquets-supplementaires.html).

Example: you have a blueTVM subscription. As you like RTLCrime, you also subscribed to the Top+ Deutsch bouquet. You now upgrade to the blueTVXL subscription. The bluePremium bouquet is automatically included, and therefore also RTLCrime. To avoid paying twice for this channel, you can cancel the TOP+ bouquet or stop it yourself in MySwisscom.

MultiroomMax: package for additional streams

You can use blueTV on max. 5 televisions. Until now, you needed a Multiroom option at CHF5.–/month for each additional television, from the second to the fifth. With the MultiroomMax option, you now pay a flat rate of CHF9.90/month for 1 to 4 additional streams. If you only want one, the corresponding price remains at CHF5.–/month. >Watch TV on multiple devices

Those who are currently subscribed to 2 or more additional streams will be informed by email and can upgrade to the new Multiroom Max option now in [My Swisscom](https://www.swisscom.ch/omni-order/?useCase =wireline-option-change-tv-multiroom&lang=fr&sourceSystem=EMAIL). Between mid-March and the end of April, affected customers will automatically switch to the new option in a staggered manner.

Good morning,

You are very kind to advertise (to which I succumbed), but I do not have access to the OCS app even though I have Blue TV XL, whether with my box, my smartphone, my computer, etc. And no one at tech support could help me. Some even claimed that it is not included in my subscription, others that I had to contact Canal+ to resolve the problem (!!)… So I am calling on you for help to find a solution, unless it would be better for me to ask for my 12-month contract extension to be canceled and for me to subscribe directly to OCS.

So to all those who want to take advantage of the offer of 3 free months for Blue XL against extension, if I were you, I would not do it… because you will not get what we promise you.

Try turning the TV box off and on again as far as the television is concerned.

For mobile devices, try deleting the Blue Tv apps and downloading them again after turning the mobile devices off and on. Finally, install the Blue Tv app again.

I’ve tried literally 20 times already, but it still doesn’t work. In fact my login and password are recognized but then it tells me that I am not subscribed. According to OCS technical support, which I contacted, there was someone else who had the same problem… but Swisscom told them that their problem would be resolved on Monday. In my case, the technical service does nothing and did not even want to create a ticket…

Ah! Are you talking about the OCS application? I gave it up. There are only problems with it. Connection problems of course. You have to change your browser to connect when things aren’t working. But we have to start connecting again and again. In any case if we take the OCS app on the Apple TV box.

On the other hand, if you take the app on the Swisscom box, it works by itself.

OCS is modest when they talk about ONE other person. There are many more according to the posts I’ve read.

    In fact for me it doesn’t work via Swisscom Box nor on the phone or computer. The only thing that works is the live channels (and therefore without replay, since this is done via the app on the box or another device), so it is not the same problem as the one which is indicated on the link. 

    Here’s what the app on the box tells me:

    By the way, here is my last exchange with OCS:

    After verification, Swisscom tells us that you are not a subscriber.
    However, we have a similar case of a Swisscom customer who encounters the same problem as you. Swisscom replied that the problem will be repaired at their level next Monday. Can you contact them again to verify this information?

    The problem is that when I call Swisscom, no one takes the problem seriously, and some even say that I am not a subscriber… even though I have the XL pack!!!!

    Yes there must be a problem on Swisscom’s side.

    At home, on the OCS app of the box, I do not need to identify myself. The identification is automatically transmitted by Swisscom. I cannot check if there has been a change as I am not at home currently. I’ll look when I get home.

    My box dates from the end of 2019 (it’s the model with “hey Swisscom”). When I go to the box, I have the option “I subscribe” and when I go there I have a message asking me to subscribe from my customer area. But this is not possible since I already am!
