No more activation with Zyxel AX7501
Hello everyone,
yesterday Sunday morning I lost the activation of my Zyxel AX7501 (XGSPON 10GB),
A 100.92…… number was shown to me as the IP. I got to the “Swisscom.ch/registration” page and, after entering my login details and OTO number, was able to complete the registration so that I was redirected to the Bluewin page. However, my reference IP remained 100.92……
After the first call to the hotline today, I was told it was a third-party router, please contact Zyxel.
I then installed the IB 3, but it flashed red and there was no internet connection at all.
Next call to the hotline: I was allowed to go into town this evening and get a replacement IB 3 (without cable and SFB+ module). If that doesn’t help, I can call on second-level support.
(As expected, same result: red flashing and no internet connection.
Tried again with the Zyxel. IP 100 range, registration possible, but no public IP.
I suspect that the SFP module of the IB 3 is defective.
Does anyone have any idea why I can no longer activate my connection with the Zyxel? Everything went smoothly until Sunday (didn’t change anything)
My configuration:
OTO — Zyxel AX7501-B0 (Studerus Firmware; Bridge Mode) — Unifi UDM-Pro
