I’m at the campsite. Now I can connect to the p WLAN and I receive a code with 6 digits and that works. But when I want to connect the TV at the campsite, this code doesn’t work for the p WLAN.. it’s too short.. I haven’t been able to connect to the p WLAN with the TV since last year.

I have the most expensive subscription… the thing is that I can no longer use the auto login on the Samsung TV. Must enter a code.

Normally you have to log in with the Swisscom login and if it is a code it comes to your cell phone as an SMS.

How does the app open on the Samsung TV?

No, there is no app on the TV. I previously had to select the Wi-Fi on the TV, Swisscom Auto login, then a page opened and I had to log in with the phone number and received an SMS, Dan entered the code and I was connected. If I now select the Swisscom Auto login w LAN it doesn’t open a page but immediately requests the code…

Ok, so that has to do with the PWLAN and less with the Swisscom TV, you have the opportunity to test with the hotspot via the normal mobile network Swisscom TV.

If that works, you have to contact support to find out why the “PWLAN” no longer works properly for the Swisscom TV.

N.b. I myself have a mobile router with a MultiDevice SIM card and everything works normally.

Great thank you.. but what is multi device? Does it work with a television on the campsite?

Swisscom MultiDevice is usually linked to a mobile subscription - for me it is the subscription “L” and therefore all functions are included in the separate mobile router as in the main subscription.

Disable PWLAN

If you no longer need the PWLAN, you can disconnect the connection using the WLAN symbol. The next time you are near a PWLAN, you will have to log in again. You will only be automatically reconnected to the Internet with the “Swisscom Autologin” or a known WLAN. If you don’t want to connect automatically in the future, you can deactivate this in the Wi-Fi or network settings on your phone or laptop.

Hello, from my MacBook Pro, it is impossible for me to connect to a PWLAN using “Swisscom autologin”.

Every time I put in my username and password, an error message tells me that I need to run a network diagnostic because the computer was unable to connect.

Can you give me another solution so that I can benefit from this service?
