@MiriamF is the voucher still valid?
By clicking on “Order now for free” a page opens that says "Online ordering is not possible
Unfortunately, the selected loyalty gift is not available for the Swisscom login used. If you also use another login, restart the procedure with it."
How should we proceed? Is it still possible to use the voucher?
thanks for the contribution
this loyalty gift was valid 9 months ago

I received this email, but it didn’t work. I then called Swisscom. They confirmed to me that they had made this call.
I had to provide my address and lo and behold, after 3 days I received my gift. A little later I received an apology email. In this state that there was a disturbance. For this reason I couldn’t log in. Thank you. Maybe it would be good to inquire first instead of deleting everything. Many thanks to Swisscom
Hello @Tauntaungi30,
Thank you for your message. However, there is no point in threatening us. This will in no way help you take advantage of your offer. Whenever you wish, we invite you to contact our support via these channels. A solution can thus be found.
Beautiful rest of the day
Bravo Nathalie, after receiving your response, I tried again and miraculously, the home page has been modified and works, I received my voucher and placed my order.
After having tried all the machines and all the browsers plus a catastrophic test of the voice DIY telephone hotline I decided to go to a Swisscom shop to unlock my voucher.
The end of the day is therefore beautiful Nathalie.
No surprise received and I’m tired… I don’t want to look anymore… Anyway, now it’s no longer a surprise!
Note that Semaphore’s comment (the very first…) contains errors. We cannot write:
“Dear Mr. XX”. In French we write “Cher Monsieur”, without the last name and then, if we use this formula, it is imperative to refer to the person. SO,
either (the text is invented):
“Dear Sir, You have won” (formula that I prefer because I am not used to dealing with strangers on familiar terms) or
“Dear Jules, You have won…”…
That’s all for today’s French lesson!
Happy holidays to all Community participants and of course the ladies are also included (I hate this new way of writing “inclusive”!!!).
@Anastasie hello!
thank you for all this quality information and the French lesson as a gift 👩🎓🎁

@Black Mamba…Thank you for your compliments. Some readers may find me pedantic, but I have always enjoyed writing and am also part of the Association for the Defense of French ([https://www.defensedufrancais.com/](https://www.defensedufrancais .com/))!
I grant you, French is not an easy language, but it is so beautiful. It is, moreover - I believe - the only language for which dictation competitions can be organized, as Bernard Pivot did in his time. 🎅🎄
@Freummiedu91 Did the order go well in the meantime?
