Well, I’m online so I’ll answer right away.

I was working with Thunderbird, I have several email addresses and there was a mess… so to put it simply, I told myself that by working directly on the Swisscom server, it would be simpler. And that’s okay, just this signature.

When you swipe it becomes an attachment.

Here the image that I would like to put is found in my documents, with Mail it works very well - insert - images - and it opens your images for you - but not on the swisscom server…

would there be different versions?

I’m not always sure which name is used for which functionality, but everywhere else you can put an image directly in the email

I must say that I am clearly not a specialist!!

Thanks for the feedback

Indeed I understood if these added directly in the text that you wrote yeah with webmail it doesn’t work.

the image is well inserted but unfortunately in the form of an attachment.
there is no other solution known to date.

I created signatures (with the swisscom options) and in addition, sometimes I would like to put a signature in the form of a business card with my logo etc…

I have 3 different jobs and I juggle

sorry but it’s a bit complex

Thank you very much!!

but I find that if Swisscom puts this image icon, it should work!! otherwise it’s rubbish… bullshit… 😋

nice evening

(maybe they read and can adapt!!)

in fact, would you like alternative signatures…?

You can create several signatures for a web mail, and select one by default.

I will make a copy of existing signatures for you, adding “your business card”

This would give you 2 signatures to choose from for each address and you should be able to select the one of your choice normally

ok, I understand, you are talking about the “insert an image” icon, and you would like to do it directly in the text you write and not have it as an attachment…?

Hi @Pleukabap15

As you work with Thunderbird, you have the possibility to insert an image like signature at the end of the message.

You need to compose an image of signature which contains the text and the logo (like your business card). You can compose it with an editor and then save it as an image. At the end, resize it so that it is around 300 pixels wide (otherwise it will take up too much space on the screen). This image file will be copied with the message (it is not a link), but the mail knows that it is a signature and displays it correctly.

If you want to have multiple signatures with one email address, you can use the Manage Identities feature. You can have one signature per identity. You choose the desired identity when creating the message with the selector in the Sender line.
