Hi @Pleukabap15,
@[deleted] gave you the beginnings of a solution… But no response from you, it’s quite sad!
Additionally, in case of a question/problem, it is best to say what you are working on, Mac, iPhone, iPad,…
You are on a community site, politeness, respect and feedback on your own problem is a minimum…
ABE, Romain
Good evening,
THANKS
I responded from my iPhone…. but apparently it didn’t go through…. and then I have other obligations and worries…. so a few days it’s nothing. Even if some people immediately think badly. Short.
On my PC, it still doesn’t help me. From the Swisscom server, when I click on the image icon, it opens a window which asks me for an image name and a URL and I cannot import any image into my message (I wanted to include a business card like signature). But too bad, if not responding within 48 hours is intolerable in this community, I should perhaps refrain from coming there. Damage
@Pleukabap15 Hello
It’s very simple, just drag the photo under the text you write in the email in question!

Sorry for being so direct, but many (or even too many people) don’t necessarily think of the platform’s contributor… in short 😉
So your problem is in bluewin webmail? Because you’re talking about “Mail” and it’s an application on IOS…
The url could be a web page or a location on your PC like C:/image,….
Afterwards, you also have just above the text frame the “paperclip” to attach a file.

Well, I’m online so I’ll answer right away.
I was working with Thunderbird, I have several email addresses and there was a mess… so to put it simply, I told myself that by working directly on the Swisscom server, it would be simpler. And that’s okay, just this signature.
When you swipe it becomes an attachment.
Here the image that I would like to put is found in my documents, with Mail it works very well - insert - images - and it opens your images for you - but not on the swisscom server…
would there be different versions?
I’m not always sure which name is used for which functionality, but everywhere else you can put an image directly in the email
I must say that I am clearly not a specialist!!
in fact, would you like alternative signatures…?
You can create several signatures for a web mail, and select one by default.
I will make a copy of existing signatures for you, adding “your business card”
This would give you 2 signatures to choose from for each address and you should be able to select the one of your choice normally

Hi @Pleukabap15
As you work with Thunderbird, you have the possibility to insert an image like signature at the end of the message.
You need to compose an image of signature which contains the text and the logo (like your business card). You can compose it with an editor and then save it as an image. At the end, resize it so that it is around 300 pixels wide (otherwise it will take up too much space on the screen). This image file will be copied with the message (it is not a link), but the mail knows that it is a signature and displays it correctly.
If you want to have multiple signatures with one email address, you can use the Manage Identities feature. You can have one signature per identity. You choose the desired identity when creating the message with the selector in the Sender line.
