@Jean-Pierre_Feron does it, e.g. [here](https://community.swisscom.ch/t5/Nutzung/Update-EOS4-Neue-Software-Version-f%C3%BCr-die- UHD-TV-Box-verf%C3%BCgbar/m-p/608694#M45973).
You see, Jean-Pierre, that’s exactly what I mean. As soon as I saw your message, I knew which link would add water to the SC mill.
It’s no use here, I can use my energy for more useful things. Participants who speak negatively about SC are simply reprimanded and threatened with being blocked because of alleged disrespect. Only water carriers for SC are welcome here.

Stay serious:
Take a stand on the fact that so many people are unhappy with it!
Greetings JP
I don’t see why my post shouldn’t be serious. This is an official statement from Swisscom (I couldn’t find anything more quickly), it also addressed the fact that not everyone is happy, they have taken note of this and will continue to make improvements.
I also didn’t answer in a judgmental, sarcastic or derogatory way, but simply pointed out the statement.

I’ve experienced professionally that companies that were as arrogant as SC ended up badly…so just be patient!
Nope, I don’t think so - because the opinion here in the forum is not representative…
The 10-20 bones who are gossiping about dark mode here are not the same opinion.
….keep on rockin' 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
Hello everyone
If I buy/rent something or, in other words, spend my money, the return/performance must meet my expectations.
If yes: everything is fulfilled
If not: ask why, and if you are not satisfied, return/cancel the product.
And then: look for a new provider on the market who better meets my expectations.
Why invest energy and time with the old provider if they don’t want to respond to your needs. Fortunately, we can clearly decide for ourselves
Instead of criticizing = find your solution.
Your post is informative and non-judgemental

@Miemeittau83 the problem is already known and has already been explained by Swisscom.
Therefore, there is no point in making multiple posts about it.

You see, and that’s exactly what I see differently! It’s definitely worth it if even more opponents complain about dark mode, as the argument that the majority likes it will soon be invalid. I’m not doing the work that SC should actually be doing. But if you examine this and the other stream on the topic more closely, you would see that more opponents than supporters post here. And I’m not talking about the number of posts but rather the number of users involved in the discussion.
It’s also not about the majority being happy with it (it’s not a vote!).
An interface should be designed so that as many customers as possible are satisfied.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT MEANS FULFILLING CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS, NO MORE AND NO LESS.
NOT THE MAJORITY OF CUSTOMERS BUT AS MANY CUSTOMERS AS POSSIBLE!
It’s not just about dark or light but generally about the dictatorial orientation of SC!
How did it work… “let’s start collecting the signatures”… for the Volksinitiative 😉… then it wasn’t like that many / for what exactly?…
By the way…the number of posts in this thread simply doesn’t match the number of views.
@“x”#60990Thanks for the solution

The forum is just not representative. Some opponents of dark mode are shouting as loudly as possible here in the forum to 1 million households whose opinion we don’t know.
