Test user wanted for the new My Swisscom App

    We are currently revising and expanding the My Swisscom App. We are now looking for motivated testers who will put the new functions and designs of the new My Swisscom App through their paces.

    We are looking forward to your opinion. We are particularly interested in functional errors, unclear representations and incomprehensible content.

      The My Swisscom App team has consciously decided to only carry out this test on the German-speaking board, as their further communication will only take place in German.

      Of course, you are also allowed to take part if this is not a hurdle. 🙂

    As a worse variant of the customer center, it was previously simply unnecessary.

    Since you cannot assume that every customer has a mobile phone and therefore the Kundencenter, which can be accessed via WEB, must continue to be the reference, it will probably stay that way.

    In my opinion, Swisscom should use these investment funds more sensibly.

    Nope. I can’t find it at all now. There are some things that are easier to do using the app.

    The installation instructions for the test version have just been sent out. Starting today you can test, give feedback, bash and praise. We’re excited to hear what you say. 😎

    The final version will be available in the app stores from spring.

    “No releases for this app. You’ll receive an email once this app is released”
