Technician Petra Roth. She took on our problem in a very friendly and competent manner and didn’t let up until our internet and thus also the landline telephone connection and TV were working properly again.
The iPhone purchased in January 2017 is completely unusable, which was discovered in your customer service center. Service was friendly and competent. I was given a replacement iPhone until the new device was ready. I expect that I will be helped with the installation of the new device or that certain apps will be loaded again.

produce shortly.
It was very easy for me to switch to Swisscom because UPC Cablecom
blocked for 6 weeks.
They made me believe that I would have the bills for two months
not paid, but I was able to prove with receipts that these invoices were paid!
They couldn’t even find my payment receipt…

The advice from Ms. Spiess was very good. We got a longer return time from 3 to seven days and it’s even cheaper (from 109.00 to 100.00 francs per month).
The trigger was an advertising letter that said we now had larger capacities, which is not the case for us.

I am a Swisscom customer again and very satisfied with the offer.
I was previously with Cablecom for 4 years and have had nothing but bad experiences with this company since March 2017.
I had paid all the bills, but the BUHA of this company wanted me to believe that they had not received any money from me. I was able to prove with Bamk receipts that everything was paid for.
A little later they blocked everything for me, we couldn’t even make a phone call, but after I registered with them, their company assigned me a new phone number, the TV reception and the Internet worked fully again. A great achievement from Swisscom.
