It’s about the 2 landline telephones “DAVOS” that were installed on January 5th, 2017 and are not working properly. They have already been in the Swisscom shop several times, the problem is that the missed calls do not appear on the display, so the technician tells me that this is the case The Davos phone is not there, but it is there, after the Swisscom shop the problem went away for about 2 days and the missed calls were displayed. After today’s phone call with your technician, the message “no call list is available” appears in the menu.

I have been a Swisscom customer for many years and am very disappointed with their services and the technician, who wasn’t very friendly either.

I have to mention that most of the internet and computer service technicians that I have used several times were very competent and friendly.

Last week I received an iPhone as a gift from my son. Since this was new territory for me, I went to the Swisscom shop in Uster. There I was served, informed and trained very competently and friendly by Mr. Nicolas Farsatis. Even when I went by a second and third time during the week, Mr. Farsatis was very patient with me, which was very pleasant. It certainly won’t be the last time I need his help and I’m very grateful for it. If all of your employees are so competent and friendly, you can consider yourself - and all your customers - lucky

We are very dissatisfied. We were promised a form that we should fill out. Never arrived. We wanted to change the address so that the cell phone number also goes to the same address! At the same time, we discovered that our new email address didn’t work, even though we reset everything as they wanted. This is very annoying. Please change that. On March 23, 2016, I went to Les Eplatures in La Chaux-de-Fonds because I had lost my cell phone (Emporia brand) with a prepaid card. I was well informed and I really appreciated the return of the virtual sum on my new laptop, same brand. The only criticism to make to you: why not have a branch in town, I live on the other side of town and don’t have a car.

Yesterday’s switch from ISDN with SME Office to My SME Office M with TV 2.0 was carried out by the Swisscom technician with good technical expertise and very quick work. His willingness to respond to our questions and requests was exemplary. In finding each other we were served with complete satisfaction. Thank you very much.

N.B. We are enthusiastic about the product solution and it convinces us. New from 2017; as a small SME with an office in-house.

After several telephone inquiries/complaints, a service technician (Mr. Fernandes) visited us yesterday. He very friendly asked about our complaints, measured the cables and found them to be OK.

Since he couldn’t solve the problem, he called it a few days ago. The TV box sent to the service (8088800800) was replaced and replaced with a new device. Lo and behold, it works.

We would like to thank Mr. Thank you Fernandes and the various consultants on the phone for their friendly and patient answers.

In case of disruptions - and we’ve had these a lot lately - the people on number are 0800800800

very helpful, friendly and patient. But the one sent to us yesterday was absolutely top class

Technician Petra Roth. She took on our problem in a very friendly and competent manner and didn’t let up until our internet and thus also the landline telephone connection and TV were working properly again.
