Does it actually make a difference whether I order it here online or at my local Swisscom shop. I was in a branch today and ordered the iPhone 5S there and the nice lady told me that I was the first to reserve one of the new iPhones and would therefore be the first to be included in the first delivery.

Will iPhones ordered online be shipped first?

We will deliver orders according to the first-in-first-out principle, and we do not differentiate as to which channel the devices are ordered through.

If you ordered it in the shop, you probably need to pick it up?

I have already ordered twice from the online shop. And every time the iPhone arrived 2-3 days late.

That’s why I’m going to go to the Swisscom shop in person on Friday and buy one directly.

Yes, I was in the shop today. However, I asked specifically and the very friendly lady told me that she only found out from the shop the day before when the delivery would arrive. And she made the following example:

If the iPhones hit stores on October 25th, they would receive a notification from the store on October 24th. On the night of October 24th to 25th, at 00:00 a.m. an email will automatically be sent to everyone who has ordered an iPhone from this shop that it is ready for pickup.

I had to give my email address and what surprised me a bit is that she said I was the first to order the iPhone from this shop. So in the best case scenario I could go by on Friday and pick it up…

I don’t assume that the new iPhones will be in the shops on the 25th…

This is about the new iPhones, why shouldn’t we be allowed to make reports like that? It’s clear that not everyone should post their status, but it’s interesting for others to know that apparently the first iPhones were sent… Or when the first people received their piece of jewelry.

And otherwise you could open a new topic “My order status”. 😉

Last year the forum was completely trashed by the new iPhone and that’s certainly not the idea since the forum was actually created for those looking for help with problems.:smileywink:

Also take a look at the iOS app “My Swisscom”.

The Android version is spared from this and cannot benefit from it.

Why shouldn’t we be able to discuss delivery times, this thread is exactly for that! If you don’t want to read along, you won’t be forced to.

A new thread can and should be opened for specific problems.

So:
I got it on October 23rd. ordered 5s gray 64GB, so far there isn’t even a delivery date given.

Has anyone had more success?
