  • I had the same problem this week when I updated my Microsoft 365 subscription, which wiped out all my IMAP accounts. I finally managed to solve the problem by deleting the “new” Outlook (installed automatically with the new subscription) and re-installing the Outlook “classic” on my PC (you can download it from the Microsoft Store).

I was then able to install my IMAP accounts in Outlook classic on my PC.

Then I went back to my Samsung Galaxy and did the same thing. It worked for me. Hope it does for you too.

    • How to delete individual folders from a computer backup

    • Hello
Is it possible to delete individual folders from a backup? I need to free up space on MyCloud but can’t delete individual folders in the backup. It seems that I can only delete the whole backup. Any suggestions?

    • Thanks DanielD,

In principle I don’t use webmail, so I don’t know if the archive is part of the webmail folders. On the other hand, I have a Bluewin account in IMAP in Outlook, which is installed (and synchronized) on two computers. Archiving is done from my computer and the archive appears in Bluewin’s E-Mail under “My files” => “Archive”.

      Will this archive be counted?

    • My mailbox is full. If I archive my old emails, will this reduce the space used in my inbox?

      • Bonjour,
