Everyone here just wants an approximate delivery date. That’s all and should be doable for a company like yours. The other providers are better.
It doesn’t make you mad that it doesn’t come yet, but it makes you really mad when you just can’t get the right answer.
You should think about that when considering your prices.
I understand that you were overwhelmed by the onslaught, but that is no excuse.
