  • Hello Enea

I remember we tried these settings too; Anyway the problem is the HDMI ports.

I’ll be able to pick up the device today and find out a way to connect it “differently via the Swisscombox” and that works according to the technician. I’m looking forward to another TV evening… and THANK YOU to everyone who supports me with troubleshooting!

  • Enea, thanks for the query, I got the Swisscombox exchanged, but that didn’t help either.

TV box settings, I don’t know what you mean…

I switch on the B&O TV with the B&O remote control, and I control everything else, including the volume, with the Swisscombox

The B&O TV has a central speaker from where the sound comes (perfect as ever with DVD) with TV hissing and crackling

It doesn’t matter whether the TV is loud and Swisscom is quiet or vice versa, it doesn’t work

The TV has been under repair since today, you can imagine that it’s the HDMI connections and they probably can’t be repaired with normal effort… as of today, not a good outlook…

  • hissing and crackling

a B&O with DVD installed; DVD runs great sound no volume problems, no cracking means box is ok for me.

With all TV channels, as soon as the volume is at an audible level, I have a strong hissing and cracking sound?

HDMI cable already replaced, HDMI Anschluss not changed from A to B yet…

    thanks for your tips

  • HED, you’re so good… THANK YOU, goal achieved in no time; I was already in the right place, but I didn’t realize that with the expert mode, and I’m not one either 🙂 Now I’m excited to see what happens next. Greetings, Urs

  • internet box 2: problems with memory

  • I connected an HD with music for bluesound to the internet box 2 ma plug usb 2 and constantly had problems; The support from Canada says does the box have a stand-by mode for external devices? If so, you will therefore lose access to the music data; Unfortunately I can’t find any information about this; Does anyone have an answer, THANKS in advance, I’m a bit desperate with the Bluesound… urs

Du kannst den Stand-By Modus resp. Power-Safe Modus im WEB-GUI der IB2 bei den Apps -> Zentralspeicher desaktivieren.
