Exactly, it would be useful to have the “News” category as soon as possible. Furthermore, navigating within the various categories is very inconvenient and to find a film you often have to scroll through them all.

Hello, I’ve been having an annoying problem with TV Guide for several weeks. After finding interesting documentation on Nat Geo Adventure, I decided to register these series. The first registration worked. Nat Geo Adventure Channel has now disappeared from the Bluewin TV Guide homepage. In Swisscom TV the channel is still visible, but not the individual programs (I only see 2-hour blocks without information about the program). I had the same problem this week with a series on channel ‘Cielo’. Has anyone had the same problem?

Hi, I have a rather annoying problem with TV-Guide. During the first week of use I noticed some interesting documentaries about Nat Geo Adventure. Using TV-Guide I recorded the series. Since then the Nat Geo Adventure channel has disappeared from the Bluewin TV-Guide site. On Swisscom TV the channel is still present, but not the individual programs. TV-Guide only shows me 2-hour blocks with no program indication. The exact same thing happened to me this week when I started a recording on the Cielo channel:

- Channel disappeared from the bluewin website

- Channel present in Swisscom TV but without indication of programs

This also results in the impossibility of recording the aforementioned series.

Any ideas on how to fix the problem?
