Problema TV-Guide

Hi, I have a rather annoying problem with TV-Guide. During the first week of use I noticed some interesting documentaries about Nat Geo Adventure. Using TV-Guide I recorded the series. Since then the Nat Geo Adventure channel has disappeared from the Bluewin TV-Guide site. On Swisscom TV the channel is still present, but not the individual programs. TV-Guide only shows me 2-hour blocks with no program indication. The exact same thing happened to me this week when I started a recording on the Cielo channel:

- Channel disappeared from the bluewin website

- Channel present in Swisscom TV but without indication of programs

This also results in the impossibility of recording the aforementioned series.

Any ideas on how to fix the problem?

I also noticed the problem of the electronic guide not being updated for the Nat Geo Adventure and Cielo channels. Unfortunately with the Italian channels, they are not so precise. As far back as March 2010, there were already problems with Nat Geo Adventure. Here is the link to the old forum:

They probably didn’t remember to update and enter the new data for the mentioned channel. It will probably take some time before they enter the new data. However, if you want to record broadcasts of this channel, you can always make a manual recording (this is the only possibility). In practice, enter the start and end times of the broadcast. See instructions on page 29.

You can find the programming of Nat Geo Adventure at this address:

[unknown] Hi, thanks for the reply. The curious thing is that I never had any problems until the first registration. The programs were always up to date. This is probably a coincidence.

Hi, I also have the same problem on Cielo and I haven’t had the guide for a few days, but I noticed that everything is fine via computer. So it must be a problem on the part of Swisscom or perhaps TV BOX.

Maybe someone can give me a solution.

    Thank you!

the question is the following (without offending anyone):

Those who program TV Guida should check the programming times, since they are changed after 24/48 hours (as far as I know it is due to the audience rating) for example, on channel Italia1, the episodes of the MERLIN series start at approximately 3.10pm. and not at 3.40pm, just enter the MEDIASET TV sites and see the daily timetables. Ditto, you can program better: TOP Crime, Giallo and the new DISCOVERY channels, unlike now that to watch a programme, you have to register for 4 hours.

Regarding the report from gianca (see 13.4.15), for the 7gold channels and antenna 3, but I also agree.

With respect, greetings and good work

Good evening, let me start by saying that I am new to this forum, but I wanted to point out some problems that I have detected with some TV Guides, but I see that a couple of you have already noticed this.

I’m a fan of TV series and when I discovered that they added the “Top crime” and “Giallo” channels I was over the moon!

Now, however, I am rather disappointed by the quality of the service, precisely because as you have rightly indicated for the Cielo channel, the same problem extends to other channels such as “Top Crime”, “Giallo” and “RAI HD”.

I honestly don’t understand why you can’t set the programs like for all the other channels (especially given that the weekly TV guides are also published on their websites).

Customers are attracted when they feel that all these channels are available to them, but if the few channels in Italian that we have available are not functioning qualitatively, they might as well…

      Thanks for your attention, Sarah

Hi everyone, thank you for your comments and input. The data (video, audio, teletext, subtitles, programming etc.) are transmitted to us by the relevant channels in a single package. We have no influence on the content received. However, we remain in contact with the respective channels to obtain the missing data to complete the Swisscom TV offer. We thank you for your patience.

        Best regards
