    • When setting the 4-digit pin, the message “Unfortunately, this did not work. Please try again later. ”.

    • aelch Have you tried it on the TV Box or in the blue Tv app?

      If you tried it on the TV box to no avail, try restarting it.

      If it still doesn’t work on the TV box, go to the Blue TV app, then to “More” at the bottom, and from there to the settings (cogwheel), then to Parental Controls, and try setting it there.
