I think this is rather unlikely, as the Fritten SFP’s usually require Fritten-specific driver software.
Incidentally, the XGS-PON-SFP+ modem compatible with Mikrotik is not definitely sold out, because according to rumours it will be available again at Digitec in April and if it is urgent you can also call “internettelefon.ch”, because at least two days ago this small and quite trustworthy dealer still had it in stock.
