I just realized that I probably can’t get around the Zyxel PM7300 can use internal 10G LAN. However, according to the data sheet, Green’s router can only support 10G, 1G or 100M on the RJ45 port, which would then limit me to 1G. According to the data sheet, the PM7300 can also support 2.5G and 5G. It’s a shame actually…
@Zujieck73 init7 has been using the MikroTik CCR2004-1G-12S+2XS without BBCS certification on their own Layer1 connections for a long time.

Yes, exactly.
Simply plug in the SFP, configure VLAN 10 or 11 in the firewall or in your own router and you’re good.
If it’s a blue subscription, you’ve forgotten to set DHCP option 60 correctly on your own router, otherwise you won’t get any access at all.
But you’ll definitely find out everything when you actually do it in practice 🙂

I don’t know whether AON and (XGS)-PON are being confused again here. Mikrotik once had a GPON ONU as an SFP+ module (https://microtik.com/product/SFPONU#fndtn-specifications), which but has been discontinued and is no longer available. I can’t find an XGS-PON ONU in SFP+ form anywhere.
@Meier123 Thank you for the info!
I am currently using the Zyxel AX7501-B0 provided by Green as a bridge on the 2.5G port of my Mikrotik RB5009. A CRS-305 is now attached to the SFP+ port of the Mikrotik to provide 10G internally between the router/PC/NAS/server. The 2.5G internet connection is currently completely sufficient for me. But if I ever replace the 5009, I’ll look for your SFP+ module!
