What AV (anti-virus programme) do you have with your Swisscom subscription?

It’s best to cancel if you have a subscription, it only causes problems and annoyance on your computer. The protection functions of the operating system are completely sufficient nowadays, 5-10 years ago it used to be different.

Theutheukosch77 Swisscom sells a rebranded virus scanner from F-Secure under the name blue Security. As far as I know, Swisscom has never had anything to do with McAfee. Quite apart from the more than questionable usefulness of virus scanners from any manufacturer, the reminders you reported sound more like an attempt at fraud. Do you have or have you ever had a McAfee product and/or subscription?

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Do you mean e-mails that you receive in your inbox or perhaps pop-ups that occasionally pop up unexpectedly on a Windows PC?

I was just travelling today because of dramatic-sounding, but only apparent “McAfee” messages on a Windows 11 PC in my family.
Incidentally, it turned out that, technically speaking, they weren’t system messages at all, but well-faked browser notifications from the Edge browser, which came from some fraudulent website that had “burnt” itself into the browser data.
I first deleted all Edge browser data and then blocked pop-ups and browser notifications in the Edge settings, which immediately put an end to the whole thing.
