Network subscription & bill

I am a long-time customer of Swisscom with network & also Natel,
I have already asked several times that the invoice be sent to me by post or at least by email, instead of in the digital folder, which I should open myself and search for first.

CAN A chat be of some use to post this one more time (it feels like 20 times now) that it is in STATUS at CALIBER 57;

Would like to receive the invoice/reminder in email form in order to avoid reminder costs.

You don’t need a chat because you can set it up yourself within mySwisscom.

Simply click on your initials at the top right to access your contract profile and then enter an email address under invoicing.

PS: By the way, there are also other payment methods than the laborious manual one, e.g. Debit Direct, LSV, eBill and credit card debit.

Hobby-Nerd ohne wirtschaftliche Abhängigkeiten zur Swisscom

For me it’s the other way round, I want to pay paper bills and move away from digital payments!

Received email confirmation that it costs 2.90, well whatever 🙂

To date nothing has come, it’s my own fault that I’m not paying anything!!

    Once that has already been done, the next invoice comes on paper first. The last bill would have to have followed the previous path.

    I receive the bill via eBill, which is very convenient and reliable. No paper that can be lost and no additional costs.

    Why are you making life so difficult for yourself? Simply not paying is definitely never the solution and will only cause you unnecessary stress and, in this case, 20 CHF in reminder fees.

    You won’t be able to get rid of the contract either!

    You can also pay the current bill at https://www.swisscom.ch/myswisscom/billing at any time with TWINT or credit card. No printing necessary 😉

    Swisscom will certainly send you the invoice by post if you contact support and ask for it. Of course, you can also go to the nearest Swisscom shop and ask there.

    Tip: If you respect the people on the other end of the line and don’t limit them to certain characteristics such as their presumed place of origin, the willingness to help will increase massively…
