As you have it, you should still test it before sending it back. I find it clearly superior (image, sound, etc.).

@Peter50, you can also use pure HDMI cec if activated on all devices. It’s great for switching on and off and adjusting the volume. I personally had trouble with infrared like @POGO 1104 linked.
Well, the sound is not good and never has been, probably the fault of the television channels which (very often) provide crappy sound. I don’t mean to just be rude, but I really am. The current fashion is to place the microphones (when there are any) at chest level and the microphone picks up all the ambient noise and not really what it should pick up. (I know what I’m talking about, I do sound recording). In any case, we pay a lot for television broadcasting and although we currently have a very good image, it’s a shame that the sound is so bad most of the time. In the digital age this is distressing.

I completely agree with you. Especially on the RTS, the sound is bad. I have written several times to incriminate these microphones on the chest. I’m thinking especially of the TV news. It’s pretty much the only thing I listen to (partly) on RTS. The radio sound is much better. I complained about it several times to RTS for TV. As a result, they no longer take the trouble to respond to me when I write.
What I meant is that with box 5, the sound is a little more audible. And I find that the difference is worth noting.
