My Cloud terminated by Swisscom

An employee talked me into using Swisscom Cloud.

Swisscom LOOKS for you in an agreement that is initially free and unlimited (photos)

After I canceled (Internet) existing photos are still accessible via

10GB. However, no additional uploads possible. Still O.K.

Cancellation of my cloud by Swisscom now. NOT WORKING AT ALL!!!!

Years ago it was PROMISED that this wouldn’t happen. A case for the ARBITRATION JUDGE /

CONSUMER PROTECTION?

Dear Swisscom: These days you have to be a lawyer to take out a subscription with you

can? Because you use every dirty trick imaginable? Probably still legal!

Thank you, I realize that too. However, I would like Swisscom to go as far as this

possible that BASIC AGREEMENT holds. FREE! (What up to the termination of Internet

has been uploaded, you can keep it as is (without additional uploads))

The terms and conditions certainly also stated that Swisscom can change/discontinue the service at any time.

You have been notified that there are changes.

My guess is that you ignored the email, you don’t have any paid subscriptions with Swisscom. Since Swisscom cannot bill you, Swisscom has canceled the contract.

If I am wrong in my assumption, I apologize.

@roku73 I worked in customer service for Swisscom myself and was obliged

to persuade the customer to use the cloud in every customer conversation!!! It was too

communicates that if the internet is canceled, EVERYTHING will still be uploaded by then

Photos are still available. There was never any talk of just that

up to 10 Gbit are free. We in customer service were never trained about this!!!

@hed

In this case, YOU never trust employees on the phone. Employees are representatives of the company

and should provide as much accurate information as possible to the customer by telephone whenever possible

give, right? Did YOU read all the terms and conditions after concluding your internet or mobile contract with Swisscom? I already said above that everything is probably legal!!! Please read carefully!!!!

@Liecheibu90

Unfortunately, in practically all stores, employees are given guidelines which they have to pass on to customers and which are then simply changed later.

It’s almost the same with advertising, a 100% solution is shown, which for the most part is not true.

This is general business practice to promote sales.

As long as you don’t have these offers in writing, there is practically no chance of defending yourself.
