I have exactly the same problem too.
It often happens to me that I want to view a recording but the recording cannot be loaded. Just a black screen appears and a circle spins.
The recording can be viewed on the iPad or cell phone without any problems. However, this does not happen sporadically with all recordings. What could be the problem here?
@scholli Have you ever used the tip @“x”#60990s (see above)? Feedback on whether that worked or not would be nice 😀.

Lately, I’ve been recording programs as usual, as usual. Unfortunately, you can’t see the series on the recording, but rather another TV broadcast. I usually notice before I watch the recording that it is a bad recording because there is no season or episode information in the description and the recordings usually take place at night.
The TV Guide says that the series will be broadcast. But when I look at the TV program for this channel on the Internet, the correct program name is displayed. This means that the wrong broadcast is displayed on the TV Guide.
Example:
Friday, November 5th 00.35 a.m. Joko & Klaas against ProSieben according to TV Guide
According to the TV program on ProSieben, it is broadcast on the Internet
11.50 p.m. ABBA - Songs for eternity and 12.50 a.m. ABBA in Concert, which will also be recorded on my box
@scholli If you only deleted the recording from the “Recordings” list, then it is still in the trash (also in the recording folder on the box) and could be restored within 30 days. If you deleted it there too, it will of course be completely gone.

@Gaeilgeoir Thanks for the info. I restored the broadcast, reset the box but the broadcast still won’t start. Image still black and the circle is spinning
@scholli Do you have a program where this occurred that can still be recorded in replay, i.e. the last 7 days on a station with replay. Then I can try that out too. You can also turn off the router for 10s, maybe that will help.

@scholli I was able to watch both in the replay and also after I recorded them, i.e. from the recording list. If you go back now in replay, it won’t work either?

I could probably watch the recordings too, but I can’t get to the point where the recordings can be displayed to me.
@scholli Even if you delete the old recordings and re-record them in the replay? Just to test it out.

@Gaeilgeoir Deleted recordings, re-recorded both and the same thing happened again. Even if I only record 1 episode
@scholli if resetting the router didn’t help, then let’s ask @RomanE, hello Roman, what could be the reason for that, or has something like this happened to you before? @scholli Maybe you can specify which box it is and how it is connected to the TV and the router. Used the included cables?

How did you reset the box (restart via power on/off) or a factory reset (keyword paper clip)?
@Gaeilgeoir TV-Box Model IP1400, the cables supplied, since I have had problems but nothing has been changed before. Box is connected directly to the LAN. What’s exciting is that it works 90% of the time and only sporadically cannot be opened
