Sky Sport causes Swisscom Box to crash

    I have the new Swisscom Box with voice assistants and the Sky Sport app. Likewise an LG CX TV. If I now start a game in HD and navigate to the right to the LIVE view and select a game in UHD, this still works. If I then switch back to a game in HD using the same LIVE view on the right edge, the screen turns green and I have to restart the Swisscom Box on the device. Is this just me? Bug with Sky or Swisscom?

    Hello everyone, even in the new Sky Sport app, the Swisscom Box still crashes when I’m playing an HD game and select another game in UHD in the “Live View” or switch from UHD to HD game. Then the screen turns gray and I can no longer turn off the Swisscom Box. When will this be fixed?

    I replayed it and was able to reproduce it.

    I just opened the Eintracht - BVB game in UHD on the Sky Sport app at around 8:20 p.m. Then I pressed navigation up and selected the remote control icon and then switched to an HD game (Fulham - Everton) via football in the menu on the right. When I then switched back to the Eintracht game in UHD in the same way, the screen turned purple/purple, the sound continued to play and the box no longer responded. The only thing that helped was turning off the power and restarting the box.

    By the way, the error could be reproduced. As soon as I switch from HD back to UHD, violet/purple picture but sound.

    I also reported this as far as I could.
