Spam is always delivered to spam folder, unless there are spam waves with malware / virus etc, these emails are never delivered to customer because they are dangerous. There are various mechanisms such as internal / external quarantine boxes / rate limits that could account for delayed transmission. External and internal blacklists even guarantee complete rejection of mail via certain IP addresses. Now, I cannot make general statements on individual cases. Basically, the sender receives a bounce message with the information as to why the mail could not be delivered. This is important for analysis. For analysis, I would call our hotline on 0800 800 800. You cannot forward this like this because we recognize certain spam elements and are not allowed to forward this mail in this form. You can mark the e-mail as "Not Spam" in the Bluewin Webmail, unfortunately it will not take effect immediately. If you want a quick temporary solution, you have to contact the hotline for support on 0800 800 800.... "
