Unblocking, i.e. deleting a phone number from the list, hasn’t worked for weeks. Always the same error message.

I can’t confirm. I can do this without any problems via the MySwisscom app. Have you ever tried using another browser or the MySwisscom app to delete the number from the blocked list?

This is because spammers can forge the sender number. Swisscom cannot simply block numbers. Otherwise there will suddenly be numbers in the call filter from which I want to receive calls.

When I receive calls that aren’t blocked by the spam filter, I sometimes check “Google” to see if there’s something there that doesn’t belong to me and then block them.

It’s everyone’s own fault if he/she calls back a number that is completely unknown to him/her.

If it is important, I have an AB where a message can be left.

If not, delete or block the number.

What’s more, the solution you describe is not really a solution for the iPhone. With the setting you describe, it affects all phone numbers that are not stored on the mobile phone.
