The app is finally being revised. I’m curious. I just registered.

As a worse variant of the customer center, it was previously simply unnecessary.

Since you cannot assume that every customer has a mobile phone and therefore the Kundencenter, which can be accessed via WEB, must continue to be the reference, it will probably stay that way.

In my opinion, Swisscom should use these investment funds more sensibly.

Please note again: It is very important that the questionnaire is completed until the end, as the data will only then be saved and transmitted. Currently, almost half of the surveys have been started but not finally sent, which means that we do not see any information about them.

Nope. I can’t find it at all now. There are some things that are easier to do using the app.

All that’s missing is the “invitation email” for the Microsoft App Center, then the app is installed and tested.

The same with an iPhone Max.

I get the error message in AppCenter:

“No releases for this app. You’ll receive an email once this app is released”

Device is an iPhone 8.

There doesn’t seem to be an app available for my device. I have a Mate 20.

Wouldn’t it work easier if the APK was simply sent via email? I don’t know enough about iOS, but you should be able to send the config file like that… 🤔
