I followed step by step the instructions on the Swisscom website regarding updating the e-mail settings (Mac version High Sierra) and when saving the message popped up: “You already have an imap account”. So is correction of the existing account impossible?
Hi, it is possible that iCloud is disturbing the update (if it is in sync with email). I advise you to completely delete the account (since imap you won’t lose anything) and add it again
